Contract LGS frame manufacturing · NSW

You detail.
We roll, assemble and ship.

Send us your FRAMECAD production files. We run them on our F325iT line, assemble the panels and trusses, label every bundle and load it onto your truck at our gate in Gregory Hills. Transport and everything after the gate stay with you, and so do the client, the engineering and the margin.

Who this is for

Capacity when you need it, without buying a second machine

Framing plants at capacity

Your line is booked out for weeks and a builder needs frames on site next month. Send the overflow to us and keep the delivery date.

Machine down or in service

A tooling change, a breakdown or a relocation should not stop your deliveries. Same files, same profile, different roof.

Detailers without a plant

You do the design work and want to sell the frame too. We become your factory, priced per metre, no capital and no factory lease.

Builders and modular companies

You want the design and engineering under your control and one supplier for the frames. Give us the production files, we hand you the kit at the gate.

How it works

From your file to your truck in four steps

STEP 1

Call, then send the files

One phone call to talk through the job, then FRAMECAD production files and panel layouts. We check profile, gauge and punch pattern against our tooling and confirm the lineal metres.

Price agreed by phone

STEP 2

Lock the slot

Fixed price per metre, delivery week and coil gauge confirmed in writing. A deposit books the production slot.

Typical lead time 2–4 weeks

STEP 3

We roll and assemble

Members are formed, punched and ID-printed, then assembled on jigs in panel order. Every panel is checked against the drawing before it is stacked.

Roll-only or fully assembled

STEP 4

Pack and load

Panels are stacked in your delivery sequence, strapped, labelled and loaded onto your truck together with the bracket and fastener kit. From the gate on, transport and site logistics are yours.

The line

FRAMECAD F325iT, one profile, no surprises

If your detailer already works in FRAMECAD software on an 89 mm C-section, your files run on our line as they are. Different web widths or punch patterns need a conversation first.

Why us

We build houses with these frames ourselves

LP Frames is the manufacturing company of the Lares & Penates group, a Sydney developer and licensed builder. Our line was set up to frame our own housing projects in regional NSW, and it has spare hours in the week. Every frame we ship to you goes through the same checks as the frames our own site crew has to stand up the next morning.
